  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Celeriac Remoulade:

  • 1 celeriac root
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • Maldon salt and white pepper to taste
