  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C). Spray a 10 x 15 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll one pizza crust into the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with pastrami, leaving a one inch border along the outside edges.
  2. Place american cheese slices over the pastrami, then layer sauerkraut, pickles, and swiss cheese. Top with a final layer of pizza crust. Pull the edges of the bottom crust up toward the top and slightly pinch them together. Drizzle melted butter over the top layer of pizza crust. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top layer of the crust is golden brown. Remove from the pan and cool for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Slice into sandwiches, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.
